Check discounts from different amounts and models. Price is also depending on VAT %. These prices includes 25,5 % VAT, but in many countries it is lower so you can get 1-5 % off in the shopping basket.

What information is collected about me?

The customer's first name, surname, street address, postal code, post office, country, e-mail address, telephone number, language used in the transaction, currency used in the transaction are stored in the customer register. Payment

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. Only in Finland: Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Enterpay Company Invoice:You can pay the order with an invoice by using Enterpay Company Invoice. The payment term is 14 days. Invoicing fee is 5,00 EUR. Shipping and delivery costs

Orders are delivered using Posti's service. Delivery costs are at least 8.00 € / shipment. Delivery costs are determined on the basis of displacement weight. The delivery costs are shown on the store's checkout page where you can see the delivery method and order summary. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs. The order can be canceled when it has not yet left from us. We reserve the right to charge return shipping for a customer who fails to pick up a package or return products without notice.

We deliver to Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain. There are different charges between countries. If you want to order products somewhere else in EU, please contact customer service to find out shipping fees.

Delivery time

Delivery time to forwarder is 1-2 days normally, but may vary from product to product or delivery method. Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the website. Pre-ordered products always have a longer delivery time. If you order a pre-order item for the same shipment, the entire order will be delivered later, including all the products in the order.

Right of return

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of order. The shipping costs back to us are paid by the customer. Please note that returning a package from abroad can be very expensive for you. Please always contact customer service before returning the shipment. The goods must be well packed and come in their original condition, stickers stuck, etc. Be sure to notify the return in advance, it will speed up processing. Take always tracking code of parcel.

Warranty

We are liable for defects in our products. Liability applies to breakages caused by a manufacturing defect. There is no warranty in natural shuttlecocks and if the string breaks in the racket when you hit the shuttle. The normal warranty period is six months. If the frame of your racket breaks, don't cut the strings!
