Shipping and delivery costs

Orders are delivered using Posti's service. Delivery costs are at least 8.00 € / shipment. Delivery costs are determined on the basis of displacement weight. The delivery costs are shown on the store's checkout page where you can see the delivery method and order summary. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs. The order can be canceled when it has not yet left from us. We reserve the right to charge return shipping for a customer who fails to pick up a package or return products without notice.

We deliver to Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain. There are different charges between countries. If you want to order products somewhere else in EU, please contact customer service to find out shipping fees.

Delivery time

Delivery time to forwarder is 1-2 days normally, but may vary from product to product or delivery method. Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the website. Pre-ordered products always have a longer delivery time. If you order a pre-order item for the same shipment, the entire order will be delivered later, including all the products in the order. 

Right of return

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of order. The shipping costs back to us are paid by the customer. Please note that returning a package from abroad can be very expensive for you. Please always contact customer service before returning the shipment. The goods must be well packed and come in their original condition, stickers stuck, etc. Be sure to notify the return in advance, it will speed up processing. Take always tracking code of parcel.


We are liable for defects in our products. Liability applies to breakages caused by a manufacturing defect. There is no warranty in natural shuttlecocks and if the string breaks in the racket when you hit the shuttle. The normal warranty period is six months. If the frame of your racket breaks, don't cut the strings!
